The prayer of protection which I presented yesterday gets rid of dis-ease and dis-harmony in a room and can protect us from those negatives in our sleep. However, there is an enormous amount of work to be done if we want to live in ease and harmony outside of one of the Blue Zones.
You have probably heard of the Blue Zones where living to 100 years of age is not unusual. National Geographic discovered that there are natural, stress free, sociable areas with healthy foods where many people live decades longer than most of us in the “modern world” who deal with stress, dis-ease, dis-harmony on a daily basis. Google lists these as the Blue Zones: Ikaria, Greece; Okinawa, Japan; Ogliastra Region, Sardinia; Loma Linda, California; and Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica. The book written about this study is: The Blue Zones: Lessons for Living Longer from the People Who’ve Lived the Longest, by Dan Buettner, a National Geographic Book.
One of the reasons (really several reasons) that I seem so much younger than my chronological age is that I have spent the greater part of 30 years of my life actively pursuing how to get rid of dis-ease! So I did couple, individual, and group therapy. I studied several types of therapy and emotional management and clear communication techniques. I studied meditation and Polarity Therapy, and several other healing techniques to rid my life of anything, yes, and anyone who caused dis-ease in my life. Life has been relatively dis-ease free the last 20 years. And yes, I still need these techniques and tools daily!
The start of this path to end dis-ease in our society can be frightening at the beginning and lonely. And sometimes it is expensive to pursue these therapeutic tools for greater emotional health. If you are part of a dysfunctional family, your family members have a vested interest in keeping you aligned with them in continued dysfunction. They may attempt to pull you down “The Map of Consciousness”*. Your network may not want you to be healthy, happy and filled with harmony as terrible as that may sound. Once you start bouncing around stress-free in front of them they will feel confused and/or threatened. When you change and respond healthfully, that means that their usual responses won’t work any longer. They will find your mental health frightening. They also know all of your trigger points to pull you back into dysfunction. How do I know this? I have heard the stories of hundreds of people striving for mental and emotional, physical and spiritual health and harmony. I have helped several thousand people in their pursuit of happiness, ease and harmony.

*One of my favorite expressions is: “No one is allowed to pull you down the map of consciousness.” This expression can be very empowering on your path to healthy living.
