Catching up for Day 231: CREATE GREATER HEALTH WITH DRY BRUSHING

A friend gave me a dry brush many years ago with instructions on how to use it. She assured me that it would be great for my health. For years I was well disciplined and dry brushed daily. I credit dry brushing for maintaining my health through periods of intense travel. I compromised my dietary wishes when eating in “workshop” venues and not having control of my food preparation when I was on the road for weeks at a time.

I cannot describe the process and product better than this website.  If you don’t know about dry brushing please give yourself a chance by reading this, getting the right brush (they are inexpensive) and testing how you feel after a month.

Warning: Dry Brushing pulls toxins up and out, so do make sure you can shower after the brushing!
