For Day 240: Imagine or Actually Use a 2X4 for Creating Balance

Here is more on balance: 

If you happen to have a 2X4, use it for a balancing act.  Practice going forward and backward.  And if you don’t have one stored, pretend that you do and practice stepping forward and backward on your imaginary 2X4. 

This is a Feldenkrais exercise for strengthening balance.
