For Day 241: Did You Know: Optimistic People are 50-70 % more Likely to Reach 85 Years of Age?

Speaking of Super-Aging in FREE to be YOUng: this little article which was reprinted in The Washington Post last Tuesday is greatly positive about being positive. The article is attributed to Linda Searing.

In a study of 71,173 people it was discovered that optimistic people have
“exceptional longevity.”

“Though genetics has been shown to have an effect on life span, the researchers wrote that ‘emerging evidence suggests non-genetic factors also contribute’” optimism among them.
