For Day 259: The Wise “Select Good Friends. Be Discriminating. Choose the Best” attributed to Siddhartha Gautama

These three simple phrases attributed to Siddhartha Gautama cannot be enhanced by me.

Good friends lift us up. Snakes and Ladders is a classic game symbolic of our trip through the Map of Consciousness of Reaching Oneness. Choosing the best of friends ensures that we can live a long, prosperous life of beauty and growth. Good friends never pull us down the Map of Consciousness to lower levels of functioning. They inspire and uplift our minds and spirits.

I seem to choose those friends who like to grow mentally and spiritually. These friends enjoy discovering and SHARING methods of staying healthy as well as sharing ideas and ideals of reaching a state of emotional equilibrium.

I support this idea of choosing friends wisely to support living an enjoyable, healthy, vital and exciting long life to Be FREE to be YOUng.
