September 28, Day 271: Just a Simple Hip Thrust Is the Exercise of the Day


This is not a circle exercise and yet it is an important QiGong circle series exercise. It revitalizes the energy in the pelvis.

Standing with your feet a shoulder’s  width apart–thrust your hips forward and backwards 10 times or more.

As I checked this exercise out there are many other complicated versions that are currently popular for building gluts and a trim bottom.
