Oops, a day late–sorry.
This exercise is included in many different exercise programs. Simply it is creating large (as possible while still keeping your balance) pelvic circles.
This exercise generates energy in the first and second chakra area, builds energy at the perineum at the base of the spine which brightens the inner light from the bottom up, loosens up the intestinal area and of course enlivens sexual energy. Reason enough to do it daily. Obviously all of this invigorating of energy in the lower part of the trunk increases vitality for aging gracefully.
Stand a shoulder’s width apart.
If you wish place your hands behind your waist with fingers pointing down for extra support and then
Do 10 large circles to the left and then
Do 10 large circles to the right.
