For Day 279: Another Neck Exercise in the Series for Strength

This neck exercise has been commonly included in the circles series.  This exercise is more of an arc than a circle.

It brings neck flexibility and strength—all good for Super-Aging.

Stand in a “perfect” posture, looking forward.

Breathe in slowly: Tilt your head toward the left shoulder leading with your ear as far as it will go. (Your ear won’t reach the shoulders unless you are into calisthenics.) You will feel the stretch.

Exhale slowly as your return your head to the starting position.

Breathe in slowly: And tilt your head toward the right shoulder leading with your ear as far as it will comfortably go.  You will feel the stretch.

Exhale slowly as your return your head to the starting position.

Repeat 10 times.
