This  topic of “You are what you think you are.” has been mentioned in several different of my blog posts throughout the year. Yet, I think it needs to be addressed directly.

I have spent many days for years reciting affirmations. I have direct experience that positive repetitions work. They have changed and hopefully improved upon my nature and beingness. Upon awakening I say a brief affirmation (with, from, to the God Within Me). Each day when I drive my car, the first 5 minutes I recite a ritual of prayers and affirmations. An evening meditation also includes quietness with affirmations of Oneness with the Divine. Each evening there is a prayer (with, from and to the God Within Me) and affirmation at bed time. Most often this ritual is preceded by the reading of spiritual material or a list of affirmations.

So, my thoughts are often guided and guarded by rituals developed over many years.  And I am confidant those thoughts are creating a more refined, healthier, happier, more spiritual Ruthann. And obviously all of that has aided in my being FREE to be Me and YOUng.
