For Day 330: 7000-8000 STEPS A DAY—ARE YOU WALKING ENOUGH?

For several years, it was reported that 10,000 walking steps should be the goal for anyone and everyone who wanted to be healthy. Recently I’ve read that 7000 steps might be enough. In any case walking more than the usually American’s 4000-5000 steps a day helps with Super-Aging. There are many benefits. Here is a link entitled:
