December 23, Day 357: HOW DO YOU WANT TO ENHANCE YOUR PHYSICAL WELL- BEING AND HEALTH IN 2020?

The obvious points to consider about creating and maintaining physical well-being for longevity are, of course:

Diet (please consider attempting to eat 7 veggies a day and 2 fruits)

Sleep

Weight

Supplements

Sunshine and forest bathing (being in nature and greenery)

Exercise/walking/stretching (with some supportive caring partners)

Building Chi/Shakti/Life Force

And if you are over 65—the well checkup with a medical doctor is a good idea.

And an eye checkup every 2 years is also important to be alert to many of the changes/diseases of the eyes that can cause imbalance or even blindness.

A positive attitude and remembering genes have little to do with longevity.

Plus there is more.

Several times every day I literally walk within 15 steps of a fabulous gym that I pay considerable condo fees to support. Last year, I vowed I would go in every day and do 10 minutes of exercise at least. Yes, you guessed it. I did it for 5 days. I went into the gym more times during the year showing it to friends than I did to work out. That’s one resolution I will not make again. The other areas listed above appeal to me.
